Wyeast 2633 Oktoberfest Blend Yeast

A blend of lager strains designed to produce a rich, malty, complex and full bodied Oktoberfest style beer. Attenuates well while still leaving plenty of malt character and mouth feel. Low in sulfur production. Apparent attenuation: 73-77%. Flocculation: low-medium. Optimum temp: 48°-58° F

*NOTE:*During summer months, we include complimentary ice packs will all liquid yeast orders. However, it is difficult to guarantee that the ice packs will stay frozen given transit times and particularly hot temperatures. For this reason, we recommend ordering dry yeast during summer months.
